This series covers the period of time immediately after the end of The Offworld Chronicles as the planet of Offworld slowly begins to rise up in freedom after the winning of the race, and the departure of the Syndicate, and covers the incredible transformation it undergoes as a result. It also helps to provide closure to many of the storylines left open by the original series, and provides many characters, including the main cast, as well as many other plotlines, a much needed happy ending, or resolution to the crises they were facing at the end of the original story.
