In this dream, mom and I are at our old family house, and I'm in the front living room reading this one letter that'd just been handed to me from the mailman.  It was from a government office which, I believe, was the county budget office or someone like that.  Anyhow, upon opening it, I find a check inside made out to mom for $17,500.  Confused by this I read the letter, and it states that someone stole mom's identity and had used it to rack up a huge credit card bill, and nobody caught onto this until after the card was maxed out.

Only them did they catch the thief, arrest them, and make them pay for what they did.  However, since they failed to catch the thief sooner, just in case we suffered financial hardship because of them failing at their fiduciary duty, they wrote us that check so that we would have the funds to cover those expenses should they appear.  IE, even though it wasn't their fault the fraud happened, since they failed to spot and deal with it sooner, they were paying us so that we wouldn't be hurt by their failure of duty.

My Interpretation:

There are several key factors that lead me to believe this is God telling me that, everything that was stolen from us, both literal and spiritual, will be returned, and possibly with interest, very soon.  It's possible that this may be related to the God's Supernatural Wealth Transfer to the Righteous that's been spoke about by others.
