Here's a thought for you guys to chew on tonight. Years ago a friend of mine, a very rich man who'd been successful all his life, told me a little secret that he practiced daily which pretty much summarized the entirety of his astounding success. That secret to fabulous business success (assuming you already had an established business) follows three simple points.

1. Take care of your employees first. (Doing this will ensure that they are happy, work hard, are always loyal, and will always take care of the customer the right way.)

2. Take care of the customer second. (if #1 is taken care of, #2 should take care of itself)

3. Assuming #1 and #2 are followed always, it can be guaranteed without a doubt that everything else you have to worry about will take care of itself.

That's it. That's the entire secret to his success in a nutshell. Employees first, customers second, and leave the rest to take care of itself. That's sorta like our Christian lives. If we focus only (or first) on the bottom line (us), and not on item 1 (Jesus) in the list, our lives will suffer. But if we put Christ first and Others second, everything else will take care of itself. So for the best life possible, with the most rewards and the least problems (relatively speaking, because some problems are actually good to have, but I digress. lol) possible, just follow the spiritual 3 point guide to total success, and that is to follow the JOY principle.

1. Jesus First in all things.
2. Others Second
3. Yourself last.

If you follow this simple three point guide to life, you will find success, but most importantly joy, in quantities beyond measure. But put it the wrong way with yourself first and Jesus last, your life will not find any true joy or success. Only misery. So think about that.
