Do you need a website created/updated?

For those who don't know, one of the things I do for a living, besides writing and publishing books, is web development.  I both create websites, and build interactive web applications known as Cloud Apps.  I've done websites for township governments, book publishers (namely my own), local charities, neighborhood organizations, antique businesses, book authors, and even high profile tech sites!  I've also created cloud applications, one of which my publisher is presently using to track all their publishing activities.

So if you're an author, a business, a non-profit, or just an average joe and you need either a website, or a web based application created or updated, please let me know.  My rates are very fair.  For most jobs I charge a $600 flat rate for development and $150 a quarter for maintenance, which includes backups, minor updates, feature tweaks, and bug fixes.

As for hosting the actual site or application, I don't do that, nor is it included in my maintenance fees.  So if you need a great, very dependable webhost for your site or cloud app, I recommend LiquidWeb, as they are probably the single best webhost out there.  As far as total development time, I can have a fully working site to you within 3-7 days on average, depending on how fast I get the needed information to build a new site or update what you already have.

So if you need some website or cloud app work done, by all means please contact me and we'll setup a time to talk.  Also, authors, don't be afraid to ask me to make you a site.  Just because I'm an author as well doesn't mean I won't do top notch work on your site.  Creating good websites is like creating good books.  If you do a half hearted job on one site/book, nobody will want anything else you create, no matter how good your other sites/books are.

So don't fear.  I always strive to create the best work possible while balancing practicality with functionality.  So if you're in need of a website or cloud app, by all means please contact me!  You won't be disappointed!  Also, if you need proof that I create good sites, my own website should be a shining example of some of the cool things I can do for yours!
